A real person reads every email.

Email contact@loveaether.com about anything: a bug, a strain estimate that looks off, a question about your data. If it's about your account, send it from the email you sign in with.

My sign-in code didn't come

Check spam and promotions. The code comes from noreply@loveaether.com. After a minute you can ask for a new one from the sign-in screen. If it still doesn't show up, email us.

I signed in and my Journal is empty

Apple's "Hide My Email" makes a separate account from an email-code account. Sign out from the About tab and sign back in the way you first did.

A lab result was read wrong

Aether shows every value it reads off a COA before you save, so you can fix anything that's off right there. If one lab's results keep getting misread, email us the lab's name and we'll look into it.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to About, tap Delete account, then Delete everything. Your data is gone right away. If you can't get into the app, email us from your account's address and we'll delete it for you. The privacy policy has the details.

I don't want my lab results in the shared pool

Go to About and turn off Share my lab results. That stops future sharing. Numbers already shared can't be pulled back, because nothing ties them to you.
